a new year has come again. New Resolutions, new goals. This year slightly different though, it doesn't really involve doing well in my final year exams what so ever =D
im seating here..preparing home econs slides for my kids.
yes, I've got a job as a home econs teacher. ....A perfect wife to be. ( market value has increased)
I was so wrong when i thought i never had to listen to the national anthem and attend senseless assembly programmes again. There are more to come....
As the holi draw almost to a close, it'll always be remembered as the funnest holi of my life. I wish i can blog it all down. But, it is far too time consuming. i hereby pledge to do it slowly, one article at a time. Hopefully, i wouldn't get too impatient as to shut down and abandon this blog.=S
Well. CHEERS TO EVERYONE. HAVE a great RATTY O EIGHT.
Take care
joyce
Another Holi saturday. Normally, saturday on a school week would be flooded with homework. On a holi saturday..it was a completely different case.
On the 15 DEC 2007, went to FASH BASH @ St james. This flea wasn't as good as the one at ZOUK. Stuff were much much much more pricey and the clothes were mostly vintage. Not very practical if i may say so myself. But..ah, still..it was nice catching up with Denise and eliza.
Me and denise
Things were so pricey that we left within 2 hours. Or maybe less. Still, we were pretty contented with our MAO ZE TONG pop art note books that we bought at a steal.
Hanged at VIVO for a while. Yes..meet up and catch up.
CANDY LAND
AFTER CATCH UP...went to mervin church. He was pretty secretive about dinner. COS....me,wan and my sis was in for a surprise dinner at their church.
TAA DA!!! PRETTY HUH?
its suppose to be sum surprise dinner for new comers or sumthing. Like a get to know u session. It was quite touching..the food was good and special decor was put around which showed their A+ Effort. I know christmas hasn't arrived yet, but i felt pretty festive already!
Ended the night by playing boardgames which we won. MERVIN! thank your church for their hospitality k =) it was really sweet of y'all. I enjoyed myself. =) well, so...even though my sat wasn't as happening as Travoda in SAT NIGHT FEVER...i mus say...this wasn't that bad itself. =D
yeap. Cheers to more happening SAT thens!
My bags are pack and im ready go...
JUS WANNT TELL YOU THAT I'LL MISS YOU SO.
Wan: I have been talking to you every night without failure for 2 years. It feels weird now that im away. ily and will def. miss u.

PEAR'S LEAVING SINGAPORE FOR GOOD. : ' (
It felt really weird cos she wouldn't be around to msg me good luck for exams...boy talk and spread her good cheer to me anymore...she'll be in the states
Well, as a way to say goodbye...i planned a girl's night out with some of my close council girlfriends.
WE WENT YUM CHA FOR DINNER IN CHINATOWN. Abit tai tai..sip tea, eat dim sum and talk about anything and almost everything.
Bernice, lynn, me and pear
Super kawai Pear and me trying to be cute. haah Bernice and lynn
ITS CHINESE NEW YEAR IN CHINA TOWN EVERYDAY. i like the atmosphere there.\\
Afterwhich, we went to Mount Emily's - Wo bar for drinks. Went there before but its a bar which i really really like.
I hate bars that are noisy and clubbish. Its hard to have a good conversation in such places.
As for Wo, it is isolated and the drinks are really cheap.
World music at the bar, good company and chit chats. The saddest thing about farewell is u're unsure of when you're going to see them again. And very unsure of what the future holds.
well, had a real good time though it got abit nostalgic.
The most sweetest part of the night is when pear SURPRISE us with flowers. We felt greatly in debt cos we should be giving her flowers instead.
So pretty huh.
PEAR. You are my first council friend, one of my closest friends and definitely a friend for life.
NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN THIS WORLD. YOU ARE NEVER FORGOTTEN,
YOU WILL BE MISSED DEARLY.
OKAY. LETS FACE IT...im not exactly the most selfless person on earth.
TODAY, being WAN SHOPPING DAY felt weird! More often than not, when we are out shopping, poor wan will be left standing one corner while i try on a ke zillion different kind of clothes.
Well, his Prom was coming...So as for now, its my turn to stand one corner while he shopped for his own clothes.
HEYLO! this is wan! His first pic in my blog.
Okay! Many people have the misconceptions that Male clothing are like way easier to pick up than woman cos they're roughly the same. But i don't think i really share the same views as them. Sometimes, too much choices can be a real hassle.
Woman jus need to choose the clothes that make their boobs look the biggest and waist smallest while man have to try on different clothing that all looked the same on them.
Anyway, inflation is evident everywhere. I still remember the days where clothes used to cost $29.90. HAHA. That price is only present in Pasa Malang Nowadays.
Oh well, after shopping for 3 hours or so..had a break at starbucks...
I was really tired/irritated BUT tolerant...awww
Okays. At least the night ended well with Kenny Rogers.
WAN spend a total of like $200 shopping for prom which made me really glad im not going to one. haha =X..opps.
Shopping today made me realize that if i don't study hard in the future...the only thing that i can purchase from GAP is probably a sock. Oh bummers.
Okays. So that ends my very LEG ACHING DAY. WAN! i hope u like ur clothes. GIRLS better hit on/flirt/ seduce u during prom cos if they don't, it means i have really bad fashion sense. LOL
loves: the greatest gf in the world ( i noe)
YUP. 5 days since my A levels has ended....SO, what did i do so far?
I thought i should be more diligent in blogging what i have done for my holidays...afterall...its probably only once in a life time that someone gets to have an 8 months holi.
In rememberance of 5 of my holidays...here goes a blog article.
Events 1: Cutting hair at Monsoon with terri. my hair was in a OMG state
terri looking reluctant and me looking all ready.
